Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz vodka or gin

• 3 oz grapefruit juice

• 4 tsp coarse sea salt

Instructions

1. Rim a highball glass with salt

2. Shake the vodka (or gin) and grapefruit juice, pour over ice in a highball glass

3. Garnish with a grapefruit slice
